    New clients start with a paid discovery, the Automation audit, where we verify your ERP setup, access and sample documents. Then you approve a written scope and the number in it. The audit fee is 100% credited to a pilot or implementation signed within 30 days.

    Build

    A small associate bench builds it. Every phase is approved before the next one starts.

Distribution

Product data cleaned up after a bad migration

Starting point. A wholesale textile distributor carried twinned product records and colliding barcodes out of a legacy ERP migration, so a barcode scan could resolve to the wrong product.

The constraint. The cleanup ran on the live ERP alongside real receiving and ordering work, with the running order book untouched.

What changed. A custom cleanup module found the duplicates and re-pointed open order lines at canonical products. New duplicates are blocked at import.

Books moved off two legacy systems onto Odoo 19

Starting point. A container and packaging supplier ran its books on a legacy accounting platform and a separate inventory system, moving to Odoo under a CFO reconciliation standard.

The constraint. The opening entry had to tie to the accountant trial balance, with receivables, payables and inventory arriving as sub-ledger detail.

What changed. The opening balance was built from the accountant trial balance, receivables, payables and inventory loaded as detail rather than lump sums, and the warehouse locations and custom modules carried forward.
