SMS Messaging Consent Disclosure

Loomworks Solutions LLC

Business Number: +1 (984) 251-1753

1How We Collect Consent

All SMS consent is collected through verbal confirmation during live inbound phone calls that the customer initiates. We never cold-call, cold-text, or send unsolicited messages.

1

Customer Calls Us

The customer initiates contact by calling our inbound business number +1 (984) 251-1753. We do not initiate outbound calls.

2

Live Conversation

Our voice agent engages in a live conversation about the customer's business needs (e.g., ERP implementation, discovery call scheduling).

3

Disclosure Script Read

When an SMS would be helpful, the agent reads the full consent disclosure script (see Section 2 below), including program name, message type, rates, opt-out instructions, and privacy policy link.

4

Explicit Verbal Consent

The customer must verbally say "yes" to agree. If they decline or do not respond affirmatively, no SMS is sent.

5

Consent Recorded

Verbal consent is captured in the call transcript with UTC timestamp, caller phone number, and unique call session ID. Transcripts are stored immutably in our database.

6

Transactional SMS Sent

A one-time text message is sent related to the call content (e.g., email collection link, appointment confirmation). No recurring or promotional messages.

2Verbal Consent Script

The following disclosure is read verbatim by our voice agent before any SMS is sent. This script is hard-coded in our software and cannot be modified at runtime.

“I can send you a text message with that information. Before I do, I want to let you know: by saying yes, you agree to receive a one-time text message from Loomworks Solutions related to this call. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Our privacy policy is available at loomworks.solutions/privacy. Would you like me to send the text?”

Required disclosures included in this script:

  • Sender identification (Loomworks Solutions)
  • Message type (one-time, related to call)
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Opt-out instructions (reply STOP)
  • Help instructions (reply HELP)
  • Privacy policy URL
  • Explicit yes/no consent request

4How Consent Is Recorded & Verified

Transcript Capture

Every call is transcribed in real time. The caller's verbal "yes" is captured in the transcript alongside the disclosure script.

UTC Timestamping

Each consent event is logged with a UTC timestamp, enabling precise auditing of when consent was given.

Immutable Storage

Call transcripts are stored in our database and cannot be retroactively modified. Each record includes a unique call session ID.

SMS-to-Call Linkage

Every outbound SMS references the originating call session ID, creating a verifiable chain from consent to message delivery.

Retention Period

Consent records and call transcripts are retained for a minimum of 4 years for compliance auditing purposes.

STOP Processing

When a recipient replies STOP, opt-out is processed immediately and no further messages are sent. Opt-out status is stored permanently.
