What a support plan looks like in practice

Each study is written the same way: where the business started, what made the job hard, what was built, what was checked afterward, and what the write-up does not claim. Clients are described by industry only.

A fabric distributor on an ongoing plan

Wholesale textile distribution · Odoo Support / Custom Modules

    The problem

A fabric distributor ran a live Odoo with a manual catalog sync to a vendor portal, ambiguous order queue labels and duplicate product records left by an earlier migration.

    The outcome

The catalog now updates nightly without a person, order queue labels resolve to the right product, and duplicate records are blocked at import.

Books from two systems onto Odoo 19

Container and packaging supplies · Accounting Migration / Data Cleanup

    The problem

A container and packaging supplier had to move its books off two legacy systems under a hard, CFO-set reconciliation standard, with the cutover date re-decided twice at client direction mid-project.

    The outcome

An opening-balance entry built from the accountant trial balance, open receivables, payables, and inventory loaded as sub-ledger detail, and monthly catch-up entries reconciled against the legacy reports.

    Labels fixed, financing app unblocked

Specialty vehicle manufacturing (van upfitting) · Odoo Support / Custom Module Development

    The problem

A van-upfitting operation on Odoo plus a set of third-party apps produced defects and gaps that each had to be fixed at their source without disrupting day-to-day production.

    The outcome

Label printing fixed, the financing app self-installing on every environment rebuild, and new client-facing tracking, reporting, and calendar improvements shipped into production.

    Call data landed in Odoo

Call analytics · Odoo Support / Integrations

    The problem

A call analytics company kept its phone-system data outside Odoo, so the team reconciled calls and customer records by hand.

    The outcome

Call records land in Odoo with logging, filters and reporting the team uses every day, and the work continues inside the monthly plan.

Clients are small businesses and most prefer not to be named, so client work is described by industry only. References are available on request.
