SMS/Text Messaging
Loomworks LLC may send SMS (text) messages to your mobile phone number in connection with our services. This section describes how we handle messaging-related data.
We only send text messages after you provide explicit verbal consent during an inbound phone call that you initiate to our business number. Our AI voice agent will ask if you would like to receive a text message with relevant information, and you must verbally confirm before any message is sent. Verbal consent is captured and timestamped in the call transcript.
When you consent to receive text messages, we collect and store your phone number, the content of messages sent, timestamps of message delivery, and your opt-in/opt-out status.
Your phone number is used solely to send you transactional text messages directly related to the content of your phone call with us. We do not use your phone number for marketing, promotional campaigns, or any purpose unrelated to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies. Each SMS interaction is one-time and transactional, directly related to the phone call that just occurred. You will not receive recurring automated messages unless you initiate additional calls and provide consent each time.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also decline the verbal consent request during a phone call. Once you opt out, no further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
For help with text messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact us at (984) 251-1753 or hello@loomworks.solutions.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Loomworks LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number may be shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
