How the work runs

An upgrade has one hard deadline: the cutover. Everything before it is rehearsal on staging.

   The whole upgrade runs on staging, timed, with the failure list fixed and the totals reconciled.

4. The cutover

   A dated window with a rollback path, then support while things settle.

We upgrade across Odoo v12-v19. If your version sits outside that range, we say so before the work starts.

Can we skip versions?

It depends on where you are starting from, and the inventory says which path your build supports. The staging rehearsal is what makes it safe.

What happens to our customizations?

They move with the upgrade, tests included. Changes made inside core Odoo are the exception, and the plan prices fixing them.

What does it cost?

It comes out of your plan hours. Work larger than the plan gets its own written fixed price before it starts.
